Privacy and terms, in plain view.
A quick, readable guide to how this pilot handles information and what the service does — and does not — do. For a stay, always confirm the details directly with the property manager or booking provider.
Your information has a purpose.
What we collect
Google sign-in provides a verified account identity. Property managers keep their portfolio, configured public contact information, calendar sources, and private inquiries here. Public inquiries collect a name, email, message, consent timestamp, and source page.
How we use it
Inquiry details are shared with the property manager to respond to your request. They are not permission for marketing messages. Calendar retrieval links and raw vendor events remain private and encrypted. Public pages show only manager-approved facts and contact endpoints.
Retention and control
Inquiries and notes expire after 180 days. Managers can delete or export their inquiries. Contact the property manager using the page’s configured contact method for an access or deletion request. Publication audit records contain operational facts, not inquiry text. Calendar evidence is retained for diagnosis; operators must approve its retention schedule before a public launch.
Service providers
The service uses Google for identity, Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection, and private cloud infrastructure for storage. Research uses private local models by default. An explicitly selected external model may process the listing text submitted for that request.
Clear expectations for every stay.
Inquiries and booking providers
This service publishes property information and routes inquiries. It does not accept a reservation, verify a rental payment, or guarantee inventory. Booking and checkout take place with the selected provider or directly with the manager under their terms.
Calendars and availability
Calendars reflect the last validated source observation and may be delayed. Confirm dates, pricing, policies, and recipient identity before agreeing to a stay.
Manager responsibilities
Managers must have authority to publish the property, use submitted images, connect calendar sources, and disclose contact endpoints. Content must be accurate and must not discriminate based on protected characteristics. Local licensing, property-use, tax, housing, and accessibility requirements require the manager’s review.
Manual transfers
Zelle instructions are a manual option. The service does not verify settlement or provide purchase protection. Confirm instructions with the manager before any transfer.
Built for a considered start.
Pilot entitlement is unconfigured billing, not a paid subscription. No card information is collected. The operator’s legal entity, privacy contact, subprocessor register, and jurisdiction-specific review must be published before a broader release.
